Versatile batter for seafood, meats and vegetables.
Usage
1kg batter with 2L cold water. Place the dry batter mix into a container. Add small amount of water to make a thick smooth paste, keep mixing while slowly adding the remaining water to prevent lumping. Refrigerate unused mixed batter for a maximum of 24 hours, stir before use.
