Liven up your product offering with Flavour Makers' Natural Black Bean Spice/Glaze.This perennial favourite, a staple in every Australian neighbourhood Chinese restaurant, has stood the test of time, and we bring it to you with the convenience of a dry powder.
Whilst this flavour is traditionally associated with beef, it will work just as brilliantly on pork and chicken.
It also lends itself to scallops.
Fermented black beans create a deliciously dark, salty flavour that we have enhanced with the addition of garlic and spices.
