Moroccan Sausage Pre-Mix was designed to provide a complete seasoning and binding blend for the manufacture of delicious middle-eastern flavoured sausages.
This pre-mix is a savoury blend seasoned with cumin, coriander and just a hint of ginger.
It will give you a fail-safe and consistent result by following the simple directions on the pack.
This sausage pre-mix contains only natural flavours and colours and is made from ingredients that do not contain gluten and is free from flavour enhancers.
