VITACEL® Potato Fiber is an insoluble fiber that is used as a food additive for dietary fiber enrichment, calorie reduction, carbohydrate reduction, and creates less fat absorption during cooking or frying.
The main technological property is the construction of a three-dimensional fiber network in the end product, greatly improving the texture and stability of the food, enabling a high water binding capacity in the product.
It is used in meat products, bread, baked goods, health food, extrudates, and doughs.
