Made in Italy, this Bench Top Mincer is suited for smaller operations and home use with an estimated output of up to 160kg/hr.
The main mincer body, metal lock ring and worm are tin-plated and rust resistant.
The feed tray on top is plastic.
Supplied with 1 x 32 mincer knife, 1 x 4.5mm mincer plate and 1 x 8mm mincer plate, and a filler nozzle for sausage meat extrusion.
