Knife Frames usually come with 4 fixed blades.
Different frames suit different machines.
The knives sit up against the mincer plate and rotate to cut the meat before it passes through the plate.
The SPECO system consists of a knife frame with blades that can be changed.
This means that the blades can be replaced without changing the whole frame.
The SPECO system is available on Mincers from Halls.
There are also other systems that offer a similar blade replacement system.
