This is a floor standing model (with wheels) that can be used to mince and mix meat, cheese, vegetable, fruits and nuts. It has a size 42 single cut cutting system, and a full size 42 worm to give the best cut, reduce bruising and minimize any rise in meat temperature. This model has a mix capacity of 60kgs and an output of 1500-2500 kg/hr (depending on whether it is the primary or secondary cut of the product and the hole size of the plate being used). Also available in 120kg and 300kg models.
