For tender meats, use moderate heat on grill, stovetop or BBQ and baste frequently.
Also suitable for slow cooking on moderate heat.
As a guide use the full pouch of marinade on meat for serving 5 people.
For burger patties 3-5 minutes before they are fully cooked.
For tofu, drain and marinate for at least 30 minutes before stir frying.
