Perfect for stir-frys Use to generously coat any meat of choice.
For tender meats, cook on moderate heat using the grill, stovetop or BBQ.
For slow-cook meats cook gently in a covered pot on the stove top or oven.
Baste frequently during cooking.
Extra marinade from the pouch can be added at the end of the cooking time to further enhance the flavour.
As a guide, use the full pouch of marinade on meat for serving 5 people.
For tofu, drain the tofu and marinate for at least half an hour before stir frying.
Gluten free.
