Level depends on application. Ensure legal limits for Sodium Nitrite and Sodium Nitrate are not exceeded. Suggested starting level is 450g per 100kg of meat. Contains 5.8% Sodium Nitrite, 3.9% Sodium Nitrate on Salt. NOT FOR USE WITH UNPROCESSED MEAT. There are no permissions in the Food Standards Code to add Nitrite Cures to Fish.
