Level depends on application. Ensure legal limits for Sodium Nitrite and Sodium Nitrate are not exceeded. Suggested starting level is 450g per 100kg of meat. Contains 5.8 Sodium Nitrite, 3.9 Sodium Nitrate on Salt. NOT FOR USE WITH UNPROCESSED MEAT. There are no permissions in the Food Standards Code to add Nitrite Cures to Fish.
