When combined, the softness of the Santoprene with the firm structure of the polypropylene creates a handle that is both comfortable and strong.
The handle is soft to the touch and has the firmness you need to maintain complete control over the blade.
The blades are manufactured from proprietary DEXSTEEL stain-free, high-carbon steel, and are individually ground and honed.
You will never find yourself continuously sharpening the V-Lo blades because they have unique edge geometry for a long lasting blade edge.
