Versatile batter for fish, a value add product.
Usage
Use 1.5kg water for each 1kg of batter. Place the dry batter mix into a container. Add a small amount of water to make a thick smooth paste, keep mixing while slowly adding the remaining water to prevent lumping. Refrigerate unused mixed batter for a maximum of 24 hours, stir before use.
