Usage
Recommendation For a 35% pump above green (raw) weight dissolve 670g D109 N1248 cure in 10L water. After dissolving cure, add salt 780g (to your preference), sugar 140g can be added if desired, dissolve before pumping. Pump meat to 35% above raw weight. Premix contains Sodium Nitrite 1%. Please note there are no permissions in the Food Standards Code to add Nitrite Cures to Fish Products.
