Usage
As a guide for SAUSAGE add 1kg premix, 9kg meat, 2kg water. RISSOLES MEATBALLS PATTIES add 1kg premix, 8kg meat, 1.5kg water, 1.5kg breadcrumb to make 12kg finished product. To make Grill Burger Pickle & Cheese, use 1kg premix, 8.5kg meat, 0.5kg cheddar cheese high melt cheese and 2kg water to make 12kg finished product.
