Usage
As a guide for SAUSAGE add 1kg premix, 9kg meat, 2kg water. RISSOLES MEATBALLS PATTIES add 1kg premix, 8kg meat, 1.5kg water, 1.5kg breadcrumb. For a stronger jalapeno flavour, use 1kg premix, 9kg meat, 0.5kg canned jalapenos (including brine) and 1.5kg water to make 12kg finished product. To make Smokey Jalapeno & Cheese, use 1kg premix, 8.5kg meat, 0.5kg cheddar cheese high melt cheese and 2kg water to make 12kg finished product.
