Preservative powder 5kg for use in sausages only.
Usage
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDEN, CAUTION HARMFUL SUBSTANCE. For use in sausages ONLY. Do NOT use more than 25 grams to each 50kg of finished product. Dissolve the measured quantity of Preservative in a little water and sprinkle over the meat, make sure the preservative and meat are throughly mixed. WARNING Use of this preservative in any other meat product than sausage is prohibited by the Food Standards Code.
