Usage
As a guide, use 0.65kg premix per 100kg meat on fresh sausages meatballs patties to extend shelf life; or add 2kg premix to make 100kg brine for 25-30% pump rate; or add 1.6kg to every 100kg brine for 40% pump; or add 1.2kg to every 100kg brine for 50% pump on pumped meat products to extend shelf life.
