The Tempus Surge is a portable and lightweight steel which was orginially designed for Butchers. A completely portable automatic steel, the Tempus Surge is designed to comfortably be attached to a Butchers belt. Lightweight & portable automatic steel. Spring-loading honing wires that effectively maintain the cutting edge of the knife throughout your shift. Fitted with a 'V' hard edge, that is used to recondition a damaged knife edge as a temporary measure until you have time to resharpen the knife. Ultra hygienic with a snap-open and snap closed case for easy cleaning. Easy to use and maintain.
